Godot Ruins, the Phantom Abyss is a bonus dungeon added in the ''Dungeon re;Quest pack'' DLC, it is described as a hidden section inside of Godot Ruins. The track that plays here is Alice in Waterland.
Godot ruins, the Phantom Abyss[]
Godot Ruins, the Phantom Abyss looks identical compared to it's base game counterpart. It features additional camp dialogue between the party members and Arata, aswell as some powerful items hidden away in the ruins.
The ruins also contain four ''ancient orbs'' which Clea describes as being created by the ''Holy Beasts of Nanvan''. The party sets out to find all of them. When the party has collected the four orbs they notice a sound coming from the ruins, they head over where the sound originates from and find a hidden room. Among the treasure they find an Entoma disguised as a mirror, it then takes the appearance of Clea Glaive in her Glitch Mode and runs away, the party pursues the Entoma and when they find it they see it not only has mimicked Clea, but there's also a copy of the Corpse and the Entoma Queen Ephemera. The party then decides to attack the Entoma.
The bosses of this dungeon are: Phantom Ephemera (Ephemera variant), Phantom Clea (Glitch Mode Clea) and Skeleton Kai (Corpse variant).
You can go here at any point after Chapter 5 after you unlocked the Strain Area and ability to quick travel.
Trivia[]
- This area could be considered foreshadowing to Clea's supressed emotion ''courage'' if you go here before Chapter 10. The Entoma that mimics Clea mentions that she has no courage, referencing when she goes Glitch Mode in Chapter 10 to regain her courage to stop Celica.
