King Heartis is a minor character in Death end re;Quest.
History[]
King Heartis is the king of Heartis Palace and is directly responsible for the imprisonment of his daughter Lily Hopes whom he believes has killed his wife, the queen.
You encounter him later near the end of Chapter 1 where he tries to execute Lily, You later learn that the king has been corrupted by the Entoma Scourge that plagues World's Odyssey, sounding more robotic as a result. If you choose to go along as normal and ignore the Death End the king gets eaten by the Entoma Queen ''Skala'' and briefly regains his senses and starts to apologize to Lily, leaving the kingdom in her hands, he then dies shortly after which then initiates battle with Skala.
Death Ends[]
- A Sacred Execution: If you choose to run away after talking to him the first time, you get a hidden Death End where it's depicted that the king and his men crucify Lily leading to a gruesome death.
