Levin is one of the Ludens, he was created shortly following Iris' breakdown, and resides within the Strain Area. Much like the other Ludens, he has the goal of merging World's Odyssey and the real world, as per Iris' original wish.
Death end re;Quest[]
Levin is a Luden, who is the Agent of Fear. He is the only male among the Ludens.
In the game, he is able to be spoken to once per chapter, and serves to provide upgrades to the Entoma Queen summons.
When he is spoken to, he displays light timidness, and wishes to understand humans better. He is kinder than Nova and Alice, as shown he brews Arata Mizunashi's favorite tea for him without him having asked, though also without him having explicitly stated his favorite kind of tea before.

Levin appears once again in Death end re;Quest: Code Z. In this game he is currently employed as the temporary manager of the Night Owl café by Hajime Anjo. He is described as "A strange Luden who dislikes scary stories, but ironically knows a lot about them. He's strikingly handsome, which supposedly draws many regular female customers."
It is said that on occasion, he tends to lash out in an attempt to hide his fear, though many of Night Owl's regular customers seem to enjoy this.
He plays the role of manager of Night Owl well, and does so to keep a secret entrusted to him by Alice. Within the game, he serves the function of being a shopkeep and allowing Sayaka to purchase several items from him. He is also able to enhance Sayaka's weapons, being able to attach special "memory" items to them, as well as making "backups" of her weapons. The backup serves to allow Sayaka to restore her weapon to a previous state in case the weapon is reset.
With the addition of Snark, Levin is no longer considered the only male among the Ludens.
