You can talk to him every so often in the Strain Area, You can also interact with Levin to power up your summon-able Entoma Queens.

Levin is set to reappear in Death end re;Quest: Code Z. In this game he is a temporary manager hired by Hajime Anjo, the owner of Cafe Night Owl. Levin is a strange man who hates scary stories, but perhaps because of that, he is quite familiar with them. He's pretty good looking, so many of his regular customers are women.

He may suddenly become enraged to hide his fear. Apparently his fans are happy about that.

Tired of the madness that is encroaching on this world, he plays the role of store manager while also keeping a secret entrusted to him by Alice. Other than that, he sells many items to ''adventurers''. ''Sayaka'' can replenish many supplies by interacting with him.

You can visit Levin at Night Owl between going through dungeons to strengthen your weapon's attack and defense by using the reinforcement item ''patches'' that can be obtained in dungeons. Furthermore you can add special effects to your weapons using the special item ''memory'' that can be obtained in dungeons, you can also ''backup'' your weapons if you register them at Night Owl, which means you can restore the weapon's status from when you backed it up even if the weapon status is reset when you die, or when you change the difficulty to ''Elite'' or higher.
