NATSUO MUNAKATA (ムナカタ • ナツオ MUNAKATA NATSUO) is an observer who physically resembles and is named after Natsuo Munakata, aside from being nearly identical he has a somewhat more stern expression. He is set to appear in Death end re;Quest: Code Z.

He is a different person with the same name as Natsuo Munakata.
The fact they even look alike is a mystery. He seems to be investigating this world for a certain purpose.
It's very likely that this Natsuo is in fact the one who shot Lydia and Julietta Nolan in the ending of New Game+ in Death end re;Quest 2, since they both have access to the upper world.
