An Observer is a person that has the power to manipulate the world that Arata Mizunashi lives in. They hail from the Upper World and oversee various worlds as part of the Endbirth Plan against all of their wills. Observers play the role of "debuggers" in the various realities that they observe, using the programming language of the Endbirths to warp reality when the situation calls for it. They live under constant surveillance, and must view daily programming that includes the torture of dissidents such as Leesha Nolan.
