Rafid is a boss and Entoma Queen introduced in Death end re;Quest, Rafid later reappears in Death end re;Quest: Code Z's Strain Area.
Death end re;Quest[]
Rafid appears as one of the bosses of Mystical Sky Capital, Odyssia in chapter 10 and is the last ''regular'' Entoma Queen you fight, you fight Rafid midway through Odyssia. Defeating Rafid triggers a scene and gives you access to summon Rafid in battle. Unlike most Entoma Queens you do not get another Code Jack or Battle Jack from defeating Rafid since that is designated to the actual last boss of Odyssia, ''Heaven's Messenger''. You can enhance the Rafid summon in the Strain Area up to level 10 by talking to Levin.

Rafid reappears in the Strain Area of Death end re;Quest: Code Z. Their appearance in the game is confirmed by a Death End CG that you can view on some websites where you can pre-order the game, it depicts Rafid slicing of Mai Toyama's arm making her drop her hatchet to the ground, Mai has a horrified look on her face. They serve as the boss in the ''deepest part of the dungeon''. Rafid and by extension the other bosses seemingly have captured a ''heroine'' and by defeating Rafid you can rescue said heroine, you then have to escape the dungeon together after defeating the boss by finding a escape point.
