Scorpia is a boss and Entoma Queen resembling a three-headed bug of some kind from Death end re;Quest, Scorpia does not reappear in any DLC dungeons or in Death end re;Quest 2.
Death end re;Quest[]
Scorpia appears as the boss of Rizaria Forest in Chapter 4. You fight Scorpia midway through Rizaria Forest right after Ripuka's boss battle where she summons Scorpia and then flees, defeating Scorpia triggers a scene and you will be in the same area of Rizaria Forest but further north from the entrance. You do not get anything right after beating Scorpia but finishing Chapter 4 will give you the Genre: Puzzle Battle Jack, Innovation Code Jack, and the ability to summon Scorpia in battle.

Scorpia reappears in the Strain Area of Death end re;Quest: Code Z where they serve as the boss in the ''deepest part of the dungeon'', Scorpia and by extension the other bosses seemingly have captured a ''heroine'' and by defeating Scorpia you can rescue said heroine, who automatically follows Sayaka and provides auxiliary support to her, you then have to escape the dungeon together after defeating the boss by finding a escape point.
