Sayaka can borrow Snark's power, who lurks in the subway.
Snark can mutate a part of himself into a living train called the ''Strain Train''. Even if you leave the dungeon or return to Sagami City after dying, you can try again from here. In addition to gradually increasing the number of destinations as the story progresses, you can also re-challenge previously cleared dungeons to collect items and aim for higher results.
History[]
A mysterious Luden who appears on the subway in Sagami City and calls himself ''Snark''. He looks like a station employee, but his true identity is unknown.
Although he possesses tremendous power, he continues to avoid intervening in situations due to his nature. It's not because he's cowardly and uncooperative, it's because he's too strong and we don't know what the outcome could be. In reality, ''Sayaka'' ends up borrowing a lot of his power, albeit only partially.
Trivia[]
- "Snark" is a nonce term for an imaginary creature invented by Lewis Caroll for his novel The Hunting of the Snark. Which is also directly the inspiration behind this character.
- A character from the Mary Skelter series also goes by the name ''Snark'' and Death end re;Quest Code Z's Snark might be another incarnation of him, therefore making Death end re;Quest and Mary Skelter part of the same universe to some extend
- He physically resembles the Entoma Queen ''Jeez'' in the Pain Area of Death end re;Quest almost perfectly, suggesting that Snark is actually Jeez in some way.
